This course enables students to jumpstart a track toward web development and design.
This course will speed up the knowledge of students in web development using advanced hypertext and scripting
languages, as well as the usage of web application tools, frameworks and other technologies used in web
development. The course qualifies students to create dynamic web pages, apply essential programming language
concepts, select appropriate web hosting service, and publish online where they can be able to develop a working
model for creating personal or business websites in the future using more advanced web development or design
techniques.

This course introduces database programming including topics such as data independence, architecture, models, administration, normalization, concurrency and, query processing and optimization, Database design, security and integrity, query languages such as: Relational Calculus, Relational Algebra, SQL, and Survey of database management systems. At the end of the course, students should be able to demonstrate mastery in coding database programs
